Some of the orphans from Beni have now completed their secondary education and have expressed a desire to continue their studies. In collaboration with the Christian University in Beni, the Trustees have agreed to raise support for orphans and their families who meet certain criteria. The team in DRC interviewed a number of orphans across the schools in Beni and Oicha to assess the impact of the support of Friends of CME Trust of the project run in collaboration with OEIL.

145 orphans at Nyankunde will be taking their final school exams in July at a cost of $3,000.Without our financial support, many of the children’s families would not be able to afford the fees and the children would be severely disadvantaged in their futures.
