Thanks to your ongoing generosity Friends of CME has been able to continue supporting orphans at school and university in Eastern DRC. This is despite the high level of ongoing conflict in the region that causes so much instability and disruption to people’s lives. CME staff and their contacts run the programme and are responsible for buying and distributing the uniforms, books, stationary and food that allows these children and young people to attend school. Access to education is life-changing. Please continue to pray and support this wonderful project.
CME has recently produced 2 videos about the support this project provides and they are well worth a watch. You will hear accounts of how well received the support is and the practical difference it makes to people who have so little means to support themselves.
